IFB Industries fully automatic washing machine

I have purchased fully automatic machine on 13th May 2016 which is under warranty now. The machine buttons gets stuck and are non operative from the day we purchased. I had registered complaint many times and this problem is not getting resolved.

Now on 25 october 2016, I have again raised the complaint but it is not resolved till date i.e. 7th nov 16. My complaint no.is [protected].

From 25th october till now I am contacting customer care no.
Even there no.is always engage and whole day waste on contacting them.

On the daily follow up, the technician informed button spare part need to be changed. It will cost around 5k. Then as it is under warranty it should be free of cost but still no one came to change the spare part and gave reason its unavailable with them. Even gave reason its festival season Diwali and will be replaced after diwali.

Again on 3rd Nov after follow up with customer care, they gave the no.of area manager Mr Mahesh Pathani +91 [protected]. I and my mother had words with him on 3rd Nov 16 and he assured it be done but againits pending.
Today i.e. 7th nov, again I had call Mr mahesh and he is behaving and reacting as he is unaware about it. After that he gave excuses and lingering till thursday i.e.10th Nov16.
I had called customer care and came to know that technician had cancelled the complaint.
IFB is providing the pathetic service and its very surprising they do not have the inventory. They do not have the spare parts in stock.

It seems as this replacement is of free of cost as it is under warranty thats why they are doing such and if we need to pay than might they do on the spot.

Only sales is done but no one focus on good prompt services and customer satisfaction.

We people are also working and our time is precious to us but no one bothers.

From 25th Oct 16 till today 7th Nov its 14 days and how much time and energy is wasted only on IFB Complaints and daily follow up.

Right now I had contacted customer care at [protected] and she was again going to register a new complaint.
After heavy discussion, she gave call to her supervisor meera (name is not much clear but I think its Meera) and she assured she will call back around 3:00 pm. Lets see. What she come across to.

Again its 11th November and I am facing the same issue with regards to my IFB fully automatic machine.
Daily customer care and Mr Mohit pathania is saying will be done on Thursday i.e. 10th Nov but did nothing. Today as on 11th Nov half day is passed and my problem is not at all resolved.

No technician is coming to change the spare part of the washing machine.

Really PATHETIC SERVICE and its only TECHNICIAN and CUSTOMER CARE TEAM that is spoiling the name of IFB by not providing the frequent service and no resolving the problem soon.

IFB Industries IFB Washing machine service contract AMC

I had the same problems with swayum solutions, chennai. Raised a ifb complaint, and a service guy came, took a picture and went away. After 20 days of not hearing back from them, I called swayum and a lady picked up and very rudely said that it takes 20-30 days and asked me to disconnect the call. I called about in another 2 days and asked to speak to the manager, and she got very and told me that she's closing my complaint and I can go talk to ifb! Utterly pathetic and rude service from swayum solutions, total contract of how nice they spoke when they took our money to get the amc.. Asking around, it's the same case with all our neighbors who have placed amc with swayum solutions. Spoke to the ifb customer center about this and all they do is raise another service call that again goes to the useless swayum solutions... End result: been 25 days and my machine hasnt been fixed! Ifb service sucks

IFB Industries Сonfirmation if Fake or actual IFB service ppl, as tough to believe, we have been cheated.

Ref : Invoice No. 225 (without TIN or service tax No.), dated 6th June / Work Order No. 1441009...(cannot be understood further as scribbled).
We own a washing machine which is over 20 years old, which came to us when my Sister won the 1997 Miss India contest. IFB were official sponsorer in those days.
Appreciate the life of the machine and the company to have made an excellent product that lasted long enough with all the servicing and support till 2 months ago when I had a bad experience with your service centre.
I am not sure if these are fake people in the market saying they are Exclusive IFB service centre based out of kormanagala (No. 95, 5th Main, 6th Cross. Bangalore 95). (Sea Gram’s Service) as its tough to believe that IFB has such cheats in the company.
Incidence – June 2nd 2016, called for general service as we realize service has been long due. June 6th 2016, Service person (Mr Srikant – Ph. [protected] / [protected]) walks in to check the machine after we have checked the ID card and verified.
After checking suggests to go in for an AMC, for 2 years at 4880/- (details mentioned above) and tells about the 2 to 3 parts that has to be replaced. Total Invoice including warranty made at 7885/- . Cash paid 5629 on demand and told to pay balance after completion of task. Promises to come within 24 or 48 hours for the same.
2 follows were done on 8th june and 10th june, no news, no calls, no updates. Excuse given on calling, either part not there or come up with imp work. After loosing my patient am connected to GM Mr Bhatt ([protected]), highly unprofessional. On demanding higher up contact details says no authiroty higher. Promises to get work done immediately.
20th June I receive call from srikanth, part arrived (mind you till then no updates) and will come within evening and fix it. Today is 25th July when I write to you. Its going to be 2 months.
Action Required – Check if Fake or actual agents, Need to know from the higher up management for this inefficiency before I take up further detailing. Awaiting information. If they are fake, then they are spoiling the companies Image, pls confirm.

IFB Industries Rude attitude Swayum solutions chennai. Unresolved complaint IFB.

Dear All,

Product Name : IFB washing machine -senorita plus.
Complaint nature: Machine not working
Under AMC: Yes

Franchisee for service contacted: Swayum solutions Ullagram Chennai.

My washing machine is not working since 18.06.16 and ticket was raised on the same day.
We had to literally beg to the Swayum solutions (IFB service partner) to attend for almost a week since 18.06.16
Few samples of their reply while following up.
" Spare is not available ; should I take a flight to Goa to get it for you?, I have other works to do"
" Cancel AMC go for local repair.
"We cannot replace parts more than the AMC cost "

Finally one technician turned up one day, replaced some part and left. It was working for few minutes, again stopped working. When we called up the technician promised to turn up in couple of days.

No one has come up since then nor any calls/mail from Swayum asking for the status. When we call they either switch the phone off or don't attend the call at all

Fed up with the service centre we decided to deal directly with IFB.
Many tickets to IFB did not solve our queries. After lots of request, the call centre provided us a representative's number on 06.07.16

We are speaking to this person since last one week only to receive false promises that it will be done today /tomorrow.

We are at logger heads on what's to be done.
Our next resort will be consumer court.

I had the same problems with Swayum solutions, Chennai. Raised a IFB Complaint, and a service guy came, took a picture and went away. After 20 days of not hearing back from them, I called Swayum and a lady picked up and VERY RUDELY said that it takes 20-30 days and asked me to DISCONNECT the call. I called about in another 2 days and asked to speak to the Manager, and she got very and told me that she's closing my complaint and I can go talk to IFB! I do agree with Binod, the attitude of these people has not changed till date I am too facing the same issue for past two months. My IFB washing machine stopped working somewhere by end of May. Multiple ticket was reported to customer care centre but all closed with user confirmation. After contentious bugging with the Manager of Swayum solutions Chennai, one technician guy will turn up, repair some part it and the machine will be working for that movement but it again stopped working.
Swayum solutions Chennai come with false promise and always have a rude attitude towards its customer. If IFB provide these kind of service and can’t keep up, I am too dam sure they will kicked out Indian Market.

IFB Industries customer support and warranty(AMC)

Simply would like to spread the world not to ever ever buy products from IFB, if you ever ended up buying their product please do not consider extending your warranty each year. When our warranty on our washing machine ends we get so many calls from their customer service to renew it, but once we renew say or machine gets broken down or has some minor issues you goto consider yourself doomed coz none will show up to fix your product from IFB (in my case washing machine). It has been 3 months still my problem hasn't been resolved I end up calling their customer service so many times they would say you should see a technician drop by in 24hrs, but [censored] it has been close to 3 months...
You guys are just money seekers who abscond when it is the time to do your duties...Friends please consider this as an example and get yourself away from IFB

IFB Industries Washing Machine - Water not getting drained

Dear Sir,

We have purchased a IFB washing machine (Front loading - Senorita Plus) 8 years back and it was working fine, few repairs came and sorted out then and there.

In the resent last six month, we are facing a problems and it is repeated complaint - Water not getting drained. The machine under AMC, When ever the complaint given, your service engineer comes and replace some parts and it works for a few days and again the same problem repeats.

With in six month 5 complaints given, no one is able to kill the problem.

Last complaint was given on 14/03/2016 till now no one was attended and today is 24/03/2016, in between i called your call center and they informed that they will send a senior engineer to solve this issue, but no action was taken till date. I called your call center yesterday 23.03.2016 and check the statues, it is shocking that the call was cancelled, How the call got cancelled, when the service is not completed. Again i registered a fresh complaint yesterday 23.03.2016 and confirmed that they will attend by today.

IFB Industries Elena Washing Machine

Since 2 and half months my washing machine is not working properly .It is also in AMC . I have already complained in ifb customer care for the same .They are again and again closing my complain numbers([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected])without sending anyone to repair my machine properly and also without working on my complain. They have also changed my old cabinet which was totally in good condition.This disturbed me mentally and Physically too.They have also made me spend a lot of money on my machine but still it is not working.Is this a policy of ifb that you have to trouble your customer and to do fraud with them ? I want all the worthless expenditure i have spend on my machine and also want my machine to get repaired as soon as possible .And after this also if anyone not works on my complain then you only tell me what should i do ? And what actions i should take against the technicians who made me spend money which was worthless.

Don't Ever get in trap of Deepa Enterprises AMC option. They will take the money and will not turn back to you till 9 months. during this period if you have any problem the will send some boy who will not know anything to repair only will tell to wait some time. after one month of effort your complaint will be resolved. But service will be fine 9-12 month period as they have to collect next year AMC also...

We complain every time someone come and fix it and it won't run more than 2 weeks. In a month at least 2 times goes fault and for one week it's completely non operational. IFB Industries Dishwasher

i live in New Delhi and my customer ID is 2874684. The dishwasher is inoperative for the last 20 days. The technician came but could not find any defect. He suspects that the PCB may have become non-functional. Waiting for a PCB for conducting trial to identify the problem. PCB is not available in Delhi. Every time the service center tells that they are trying to get a PCB from Goa or other pace on mother earth.Custome service can only tell that the complaint is pending. Hoping that the machine will be in working order some day.

IFB Industries Washing machine

I have a top load washing machine & a micro-wave oven by IFB. I took decision of buys appliances from IFB because I considered IFB to be a professional & competent industry. I have purchased AMC (AMC No. [protected]) for my top load washing machine from local franchise at Bangalore (Franchise name : 886, engr. name: Kiran). I have registered a repair request (no. [protected], [protected], [protected]). I have been told following stories (over a period of 2 months): 1. The motor is burnt, needs replacement. (not replaced) 2. The capacitor is burnt, needs replacement. (not replaced). 3. The capacitor is not being manufactured by IFB so the machine cannot be repaired, buy a new machine. AMC money will be refunded. (I have refused to accept refund) 4. The capacitor is now available & will be installed. 5. Even after repeated calls to costumers care & Local IFB manager at Bangalore (Mr Suraj ) there has been no response till date. Moreover the water softner installed on the machine is also missing since last visit of service engineer (Mr Kiran) at my house. Now I have serious doubts about the professionalism, integrity & intent of repair service offered by IFB to its customers. Meanwhile a local repair man has claimed that the motor can be rectified with a cost of Rs 7000. Since the machine is under AMC and IFB technicians are not capable to repair my washing machine, I would expect IFB to get the machine repaired from local technicians.

IFB Industries Washing machine

After sale service facilities of IFB Washing Machines in totally unsatisfactory. The technicians deputed are untrained, unskilled and incompetent to identify and rectify the defects. This results in inflicting more damages to the Machine. I am a victim of such unskilled handling of my Machine by unskilled technicians. IFB does not seem to have any obligation to maintain a customer friendly chain of after-service facilities. Their responsibility ceases once the product is sold. This is very unfortunate. Date :15-10-2015, Client No:3865491 The Technician was not skilled, and he is not technically aware of even simple things, (he does not know what is descaling )due to this water is leaking heavily and seriously it on top of and near to the machine's electrical panel. Resolution is please send one good technician tomorrow to rectify the shabby work carried by your staff. Now u only tell me why I will complain if some one could come to do the work properly
It's an answer to me that if a customer does AMC he is making fool of himself, also I can bet if there would be no AMC the repair and service would be class apart, with no AMC the services are class apart
Felling sorry about brand IFB, with such a bad attitude towards the customer
In all these complaints only the technician visited two times with prior information, otherwise the technician comes to us with no notice.
I have spoken to The IFB area incharge Mrs NEEMA DHOGAL [ [protected]] but no positive response from her too.
She has stopped taking my calls . I had sent number of SMS but again no response .

IFB Industries Dryer Maxi 500

I had purchased an IFB Dryer. The machine has not been worink properly for the time is had started to use it. I made several complaints to customer care but it did not help. IFB technician tried to fix the problem the they were unsuccessful after trying 4-5 times. There the IFB technician told me the i will get an replacement on the machine and he took a copy of my bill. When i called the IFB customer care they told me that the replacement has been approved and the IFB person will call me and replace the machine. It has now been 2 years the are not willing to replace and avoiding calls from my number. I managed to speak to the area supervisors and the told be that the replacement is not possible and it is your bad luck. their names MR SANTOSH and MR LAWRENCE.
My complaint number is [protected].

Please help me get a replacement.

IFB Industries Harrasment and defective washing machine

Purchased a BRAND NEW washing machine direct from IFB POINT. At the time of installation, we come to know that touch buttons were not working properly but the technician left stating that somebody senior will come to inspect the problem. After passing of 15 days still the machine is in the same state and no solution given by IFB people. They always comes up with a new date. Their technician agrees verbally that the piece is defected but denies to put this on paper. This washing machine was purchased in exchange scheme and now practically we don't have working machine. Pathetic service from a brand like IFB.

IFB Industries Defected washing machine delivered

Purchased a top notch fully automatic touch washing machine of IFB.
After 2 days of delivery, technician came to install it but few touch buttons were not working properly.
Filled a complaint to customer care and also send the mail to IFB but all in vain.
Even after 15 days of purchase the machine is just a showpiece as there is no solution given by IFB team.

Very big brand with worst after sale service.

Pathetic service. this type of companies should be closed imm.

Off the record technician agrees that the product is defective and needs to be replaced but company is doing nothing at all.

IFB Industries washing machines

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have registered a compliant vide compliant number [protected]. Till date nobody has done any kind of work. On two occasions two different technicians visited and inspected that they will rectify the compliant immediately. But nothing happened. we used to call on the service centre number provided by you [protected]/2453125. Each time they tell that the compliant will be rectified soon but again nothing happens. I have taken an AMC for my machine. Today when I called up the customer service number and upon providing the compliant number I was surprised to hear that my compliant was closed. I would like to know how has this compliant closed without attending to it.

I would like you to please look into this matter immediately or else I will have no other option other than moving consumer court.
