They lost everything I earned in my life (my degrees my diploma) in the mail.. and they think they are not responsible.. no refund no apology no effort to locate. you don't need to work with such institution.. terrible terrible people.. terrible terrible company.. should not even be in the business.. do not send anything for evaluation.. those things have no value to this company...
All I received was an e mail stating thay they received my application. i have not received any e mail that results was sent to me... I had to call several times to find out that it was sent to me and I haven't receive it..
so I have lost everything I worked for in my youth.. do not trust them...

All of the victims must complain to the US attorney with all the evidence they have. That is the only way they can be driven out of business.
Ideally we all should get together for a class action lawsuit!
IERF is a bunch of thieves. all they do is take your money then you don't get what you paid for. I wish I had read the reviews before sending my application now my money is gone...

In October I send my University documents and pay theme 185$. Later I got an automatic e-mail saying that they receive my application. After some time they send me an e-mail saying that they need my originals. Yes ! They lost all my documents. To go back home will cost me 2000$ and of course time! When I asked them about money they said that the application was submitted so they will not return my money. Please read the term and condition before you send anything to IERF. That is correct. They don’t return money if something it get lost by theme! I don’t recommend this company. When I call and talk with some manager from IERF her response was that they start the evaluation and they will not pay me back. I asked her “How can you start evaluation when you don’t have the right documents?” Her response was” Ma’am ..you submitted so you have to pay for it.” So ..really I send something, you lost my documents and NOW I still have to pay for it! I never hear something like this in my life! Betty
