Idealwatches.com stands for scam and liars

For a company like idealwatches.com who has been in business since 2002 surely needs to be shut down. When i purchased a watch from ideal watches the woman i spoke to named Kathy. She told me that the watches match the pictures on the web site. Very untrue. The watch looked nothing like the picture.

I was also told if i took the watch to a watch jeweler that they could not tell if the watch was a fake. Also untrue. Idealwatches.com has no right being in business. When i called them to tell them i wanted my money back i was told that was not there policy.

But when you look at there website idealwatches.com it says 7 day money back guarantee and no questions asked. i paid $1000 plus $25 shipping and handling for a watch that is nothing what i ordered. Now i have nothing to show for it. I will do whatever i can to have them shutdown.

If you want a real designer watch - rolex submariner for example, dont be surprised if the fake one you purchase from watchesideal.com fails to operate like the real thing! All of you people who moan about the watch not being in great condition and the company being in Hong Kong... Funny old thing, Its a fake designer watch company - what do you expect? The watch may work and may be in a good condition thats the risk you take. May i suggest that if you want to look affluent and wear what appears to be an expensive watch, save your pennies and purchase a real one! But then i suppose if you are a person trying to pretend you can afford an expensive watch, you are a fake too!

I am considering an idealwatches 2012 Swiss model 31- jewel valjoux movement automatic daytona black face rolex $1250. The product description of "back" is "screwdown solid steel back with sapphire crystal see-through glass and back removable only with original rolex tools ". Does anyone know about that see through glass back ?

My Rolex Explorer II turned out great! It runs again and you also managed to polish out the huge gash in the bezel. Well done!

I thought the experience with your website was great! We received the watch in excellent time. It was exactly what we wanted for our son -- one exception the days of the week are in another language. But, my son thinks that is cool.

It goes without saying, your team at mymodelwatches.com has been fantastic in exceeding my expectations again. From my initial call to you, to delivery of my Breitling GMT on monday morning, WOW!
The watch now sits comfortably in my safe. I look forward to my next purchase of the Corum Rose Gold 48 that we have been discussing, in the next few days. It is a pleasure to work with you as your customer service has been as promised, not to mention your call on Wednesday to make sure everything was OK after delivery. I look forward to making many more purchases now and in the future. Should any new clients ever have questions about how you do business, please have them call me.

Agree. Scam artists is all they are. Con artists. They scammed me out of $1000. Didnt even ship me the watch that I ordered. The junk that they sent me belonged in a bubble gum machine to serve as a 25 cent prize. Save your time and money. These guys ( ideal watches ) are a total SCAM!

I have not dealt with them lately but I took a chance about 3.5 years ago and bought a presidential replica from them and it was in excellent condition just as the web site stated. I still have this watch to this day, it has not faded and still ticks and keeps time. I wear it once or twice a month, but I have been told that keeping any kind of auto winding watch especially a swiss made watch on a watch winder is the best thing for the watch if you do not wear it everyday. I have purchased a watch winder for mine and it has been working great, no problems. I was thinking about ordering a submarinier from them here recently, but I have understood they have changed hands since the last time I purchased a watch from them. I looked up the domain name and the company's domain is registered out of Hong Kong. SO that maybe should tell people something?

You guys are all liars, I have ordered from ideal watches about 10 times over the past 10 years and a couple times the watch arrived with the wron dial, I called Cathy told her i was returning the watch for the correct one and withen 3 days i had the right replica at my door and the watches are almost always 100% grade 1 swiss, acouple were grade 2 only because thats all that was produced at the time. lastly Ideal watches never charges for shipping, if you order by 2pm monday through friday your watch arrives the following morning by noon! FREE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING ALWAYS-- I got this grade 1 from ideal about 4 years ago it has pearl dial with true diamonds and saphires not plastic blue stickers, and cubics like other crap replicas. although they always try to persuede you not to refud your purchase, they will send you a refund within a week from the time they receive the watch back.

Purchased a Swiss replica watch for $549 and what I received was a non working platic piece that was nothing close to what I ordered. I spoke to "Tom" at [protected] and also at [protected] and also at [protected] and they assured me the quality prior to placing the order. I received a tracking number and the watch came the next day. When I called to complain about the product and that I recieved a different model even that what I had ordered I was told that "I must have been sent an Italian by accident" and a new one would be overnighted. I was given a tracking number for FEDEX that was for someone elses order. I have tried for 3 days to get in touch via the phone numbers above and email, no one has answered or will call me back, email addresses they hvae on their site no longer work. Guess I learned a lesson but I know where they are: ( I intend to get my money back)

Encoure, LLC - Becker Watches - Rave Replicas
138 E Lafayette NY NY

They go by all names and are all fraud.

DO not order form these people, save your self the money, time and headache. Someone should shut these guys down for decieving the public and scamming as a business illegally on the internet, let alone selling replica merchandise.

Good Luck,

Matt

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Do not feel alone.I have spent some $2000.00 plus on fake rolex replicas purchased from Ideal watches and their conglomerates (eurofakes, rave replicas, and blue fakes ). I received products which I found to be broken or damaged when I opened the package at fedex (items not damaged in transit but packed damaged), I tems crafted of inferior materials(gold tarnished after a few days of wear), and replicas that looked (visually noticeable) nothing like the watch they were made to resemble.Whenever I contacted any of the above companies I reached the same person (a Marcos) whom realized it was me and passed the phone to others whom were with him.Eventually they would hang up on me .When I attempted to call back, I got the answering machine. I was out of money and left with a few pieces of junk.$2000.00 plus worth of junk!

Put me on the list too! I thought I had done all the proper research to ensure I wouldn't get ripped off. The Rolex Presidential ($1000) was delivered in a somewhat "tattered" box but the watch did look as I expected. I wore the watch no more than a dozen times and was extremely careful with it. About a year and a half later, I found I could not set the time. The hands seemed to be loose and scratching the face. So, I emailed Ideal Watches for help/advice and got no response. I then called and spoke with a man(?) who was very abrupt and then hung up on me. When I called back I got a recording and left a message to please have someone call me. I'm still waiting after several weeks. After reading the other complaints I would expect I will get no help or response from Ideal. I realize the watch was out of warranty and would have been willing to have it repaired. But since they just blow you off once they have your money, it looks like I'm stuck with a $1000 braclet that resembles a watch!
