I was sold a service that was to provide a non surgical face lift. I was told that it would take 1 treatment. Upon arrival to the center I was informed I was lied to by two of their technicians. Both stated that they are irritated by the misinformation the sales staff promise. Attempts to have the $ 1937.43 refunded have failed. They are trying to sell me a different treatment to take place of the Ultherapy that would add another $875.20 to my bill. After reading all of your reviews I will not fall for it.
I did receive AL-R-Alastin Transform prior to my first appointment. the packaging receipt was 205.00. The contract on 11/23/22 said the price was 174.25.
When I have read the complaints on the better business web site I found that the "free treatment" had to be used with in 3 months of purchase. I eventually found this on page 13 of the 28 page contract that basically states "we will not be held accountable for anything we do. We are ripping you off"
I have written a complaint to BBB and per the suggestion above will file a complaint with DOJ
Desired outcome: Refund of my $1,937.43 plus interest charged by ally while wait for the refund.
