Ideal Image review: Skincare products

I ordered skincare products from them and they were never delivered! Every time I call ideal image, they can see my order was placed but can’t give me an order number or any details regarding the order and shipment around it. They stole my $500. Do not order from this company, it is full of scammers! I have been calling over and over again with no luck!

Desired outcome: I would like to receive my products!
