Icon Beauty Palace review: Curly chic gel / not shipped / remains undelivered and no updates

I ordered said product above from a web store called Icon Beauty Palace through the Shop App on June 7, 2023. They took my money and it says “order placed”. However a week later, the order has not shipped, I do not have any kind of tracking number (just a order number) and no way to contact the store. When trying their website it say (be back soon. Only thing I could do was dispute the charge with my credit card company which could take up to 12 weeks. I’m not blaming the Shop App at all as I have order on this site plenty of times. I just happen to run into a store that is dishonest.
