I signed up online with the Elizabeth Jackson eBay business and found out they SOLD contact information to Fortune Learning Systems which contacted me in a few days. The sales "Closers" are very swift talking and tell you your investment is in your company, NO MONEY TO THEM, they only want to use your testimonial as a "Success Story". I made a huge mistake believing them but made every attempt to make and build a business-per their instruction. I was told they would provide everything necessary for the initial payment (which was ALOT). This was to include my website, coaching, marketing, etc. and that I would be making Thousands by the time my coaching sessions were completed! All along the process I was being charged additional amounts for services which I now find out were not included in the original agreement. Believe me, you will not make money with these companies. I was told I only needed 10-15 hours a week to work but I worked 50-70 per week and found it impossible -They are not there to help you SUCCEED! They also give your name to BDD and WholesaleMatch.com which are all affiliates and some are owned by the same person. You are told you need their services to make your business a success. And of course, you have to pay them a lot more money and they do not provide services which will be of value to you or your company. If you complain, they say you are not putting forth enough effort! This is a money racket...so please beware and don't sign up for their services. It is very hard to make money from these companies instructions and they will not follow through on their Verbal Promises and what was expected. They charge different amounts to different people based on how much credit you have available. I have invested several thousand dollars with ICI/FLS, BDD & WholesaleMatch.com and in the end had no income from the services-only a load of debt. When you file a complaint and request a refund, with the resolutions dept. they are very insulting ---if you even receive a response. But the ones I have talked to are now willing to continue with the services they failed to provide originally. No Way! I have not heard from all of the companies involved but will continue to file complaints and e-mails until these people refund my money. I hope they are all legally fined, put out business and not allowed to re-open under a new name! Beware of all telephone solicitations...most are deceitful!

I wanted to acknowledge that I received my refund of $1200.00 from Wholesale Match on 1/24/11.
I am still contacting Ivy Capital/Fortune Learning Systems and Business Development Division regarding my request for refunds. I will continue to pursue this until I have resolved every possible means of obtaining my refunds. The people handling their resolutions are very rude and point the blame to the customer-therefore not willing to work towards an acceptable resolution. These companies are fraudulent in the way they transact sales and business after they have your money!

I wanted to update my complaint to advise that Ivy Capital/Fortune Learning Systems and Wholesale Match refunded my money in full. I appreciate their co-operation and quick response to my company and refund.

***Business Development Division has not refunded my money at this time. They are being difficult to deal with and not willing to accept their failure to provide services as promised. Instead they are pointing blame to all the customers who request a refund, indicating that they "abandoned" their program. I will continue to work through the proper authorities to obtain this refund. Wrong is Wrong and I will not be taken advantage of by BDD!

Regarding my earlier posting stating that "I wanted to update my complaint to advise that Ivy Capital/Fortune Learning Systems and Wholesale Match refunded my money in full. I appreciate their co-operation and quick response to my refund and complaint---I retract a part of this statement. I just found out my credit card company had reversed a previously issued credit of $750.00 for Fortune Learning Systems because they received a statement 1/26 from FLS saying I was not due that amount. I have a letter from the FLS attorney dated 1/27/11 indicating that I was to receive a full refund including the credits outstanding on my credit cards. I called the attorney and she was going to speak to FLS to get my money refunded (2/19). No response on that. Today's FTC press conference explains why I haven't heard back from their attorneys. The credit card company is now waiting for instructions from FLS bank to get my $750.00 refunded. Oh and I wasn't supposed to file any further complaints according to a refund agreement with BDD, but I have not received a full refund from FLS so I will continue to pursue and follow this to see what criminal action is taken and to get my $750.00. Thanks to everyone who filed complaints the FTC and attorney general offices saw what was really going on with these companies. I hope everyone that was victimized will be receiving a refund.

You should go to ftc.gov website...look under cases filed for Ivy Capital, Inc., Fortune Learning Systems, et al...case number Case No. 2:11-cv-00283-JCM-GWF File No. 1023218. They have shut down the company operations for fraud and seized assets. You need to file a claim with FTC-Federal Trade Commission (you can file online at their website). There is also a video of the press release by the FTC regarding these companies.

My husband and I need help with this please. We are out about 10, 000 to both FLS and wholesalematch. We did everything they asked us to do. Every program. We now aren't getting charged anymore however we can't access anything. I am unsure how this has affected our credit. I also now have an LLC that I am required to pay taxes on. Please someone help point us in the right direction. We would like to get our money back since I am no longer getting any of the services we have paid for. My name is Ashley my email is katlynsmom707@yahoo.com. Any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated.

I would be glad to participate. How can we contact these crooks to get our money back when their websites, 1-800 numbers, and email addresses are either shut down or send no response to questions such as these? The last time I checked, I can still access my website, but the builder is way over my head and difficult to use, and I still basically know nothing after doing everything I was told to do. I am very angry and want to get my money back and help others if possible. Beware of someone saying they are going to have a business "consultant" contact you - it's just another crook at at the door.

I like everyone else here got taken by the smooth talkers from FLS and BBd.We are out $16, 565 just in the fees that they charged our credit cards. That does`nt include the marketing cost to get my website to the first page on the search engines, etc, etc, etc.We are very heart broken that there are companies out there that prey on the hard working sector and unemployed people to try and make a better life for themselves.I have`nt sold anything on my website at all, in which I put alot of long hours and diligence in making.BDD and everyone involved in that organization should never be allowed to conduct business of any kind ever again. We went through all the steps in the program, everthing from the Dunns number to trade lines in which I did`nt need at all, but we put every effort into getting our $20, 000 corporate credit to get eliminate our personal debt into the business. Now that the companies associated with these companies have been shut down I can`t access my website to shut it down .I still have a merchant account that Iam paying for in which is no good without a website that I acn`t manage. The story goes on and on just like all the rest of the stories in this blog.If anyone is interested in forming a class action lawsuit or if there is one already in progress, please contact me..my name is Kirk captme50@yahoo.com thanks to all that has read and my feelings go out to all that have been taken by these money scammers

Hello Bsinnc,

Can you please let us know how do you pursue your refund? The website is not operating anymore and they don't even respond to emails anymore.

Hello bsinnc,

How do You get them to refund you? The wholesale match website no longer existed and I am not even able to use the service. Can you send me a message detailing how you obtain the refund because I deserve to receive a refund.
