Please take this complaint very seriously so that company can not make fool to any other customer. There was big story I am writing in short and try to explain very thing.
I took the Hygeicare Product by one of their executive Ranjeet along with his senior Amit Kumar Sani (Fraud name Actual name was Gaurav Aneja). They gave me presentation in my office and promised me you can get reimbursement of consultancy fees for Fortise hospital until Fortise is not covered in our panel, Apart from this they divided my premium amt in two parts 1) Rs 3319-- and 2) Rs 3320--

They promised me as this is new company and you do not have faith on us just pay one cheque and if you are happy with our services then pay second cheque after 2-3 month, for the mean time on behalf of you Mr. Ranjeet will pay second installment and you can pay this to him after 2-3 month.

I did the same and took the package around 20 Dec 08. Unfortunately my wife got sick and I refer Forties and knock Hygeicare door with bills for reimbursement then they forced to give second cheque amount first and used abuse word and force me to close this policy at that point I come to know a person who came for selling this product to me was Gaurav Aneja [[protected]] not Amit kumar Saini (All mailing conversation is attached)

After that I come to know Amit kuamr saini, Ranjeet kumar, Mansi and all other employee has resigned the company due to miss behavior of seniors Management. Then I try to contact Senior Management and come to know the name Mr Rajeev Baba ([protected]) . He abused me many times and saying No problem we are going to close your policy and sent back to you, your first cheque amount because you do not use our service. They said this around 10 Jan 09. After I daily chase him and he ignores me.

On 9th Feb I got one mail from Suniel Guptaa Director [[protected]] of the company stating that --- I assure you that at the very moment we would refund the part payment
amount that you have paid by 13 Feb 09. (Whole mail is attached please refer). I did wait for the same but could not any cheque yet & I tried Mr.Suniel number many times he never pick my phone. Mr. Rajeev Baba always try to pass this matter and saying yes will sent this tomorrow, today is 26 Feb 09 and I could not get my money refund .
