Anyone face problem of algae growing on the ceramic filter on NOVITA drinking water system (Model : N6610). The company seems not aware algae could grow inside our portable drinking water. Any suggestion where can I get this verified and where to lodge official complaint to our authority?

I'm thinking of getting one but now that you mention algae...?!

Recommended filer change is every 3 months, how long has it been since you last changed the filter?

I've used the Novita 6610 for years and have not gotten algae at all. Besides, you said, "Any suggestion where can I get this verified..." meaning you do not have confirmation that it is algae.
