HusbandOfFamily.com review: I would like a full refund of my order including shipping and handling fees.

I found this company on Facebook offering personalized products for sale. I purchased a print as a Christmas gift for my wife, but the company did not put in the complete shipping address on the packaging and the print was sent back to them by the post office. I have been trying for a month to contact this company according to their guidelines to request support, but I keep getting the same automated email apologizing for the delay and assuring me that the package has shipped. I have tried filing a request for a refund, but the request tells me that my order number (RL-[protected]) is not a valid order number even though I have copied it number for number in the exact format requested from emails that they have sent and from the tracking assistance form that does recognize the order number. Also when I look at their refund guidelines, they have no recourse for customers that never receive packages. According to their company web-site the only refunds offer are for incorrect or materially defective merchandise that is reported within 14 days of the receipt of order, but there is no recourse for refund if the product never arrives or is shipped to the incorrect or an incomplete address. I have search their website for a customer service number or any phone number attached to the business but there is no phone number listed. I have even tried contacting them by email at [protected]@husbandoffamily.com but have received no response other then the automated emails listed above.
