Hunters Creek Apartments review: Apartments

I just moved to Hunters Creek. I moved in on a special, August free if move in by August 1. Nadia said she could go ahead and get everything processed so I could get the special. I got my keys on the 25th. Didn't start moving till the weekend. I started seeing roaches. The laundry room door was painted shut. The ac unit is leakinv , the water heater pan stays overflowinv with water. This is supposed to be a renovated apartment. The paint in the tub is peeling and your feet stick when you step in. The paint on door frames is so thick you can move it with your finger. They supposedly cane and sprayed for bugs and left a note to wait 2 weeks before contacting office about it. Nadia said I was the first in the apartment complex to complain about having roaches. She told me I had no deposit, no rent for the end of July and no rent from August. They have charged me prorated with a late fee because I was unaware of the charge. I emailed Nadia and told her about the charge. After going back and forth I called. She said her mistake for not writing that down, she was unaware about the special, which that was the only reason why we went ahead and got everything approved. And said the website is not the same as what the office has as specials. She then proceeded to laugh as I was telling her what she said and that I do t owe anything till sept. She said do you want to talk to someone else? I said why are you asking me that. She said because your not listening your trying to argue. I said no, I'm trying to understand , because nothing you said was true, I'm paying for a renovated apartment that is not. The shelf in the closet is tied with a cut off shoe string , the other side is broke and roaches. She started laughing . I said are you laughing at me, I've packed up and moved my whole life here and tour laughing. The other manager got on the phone and started talking over me. I said wait, your employee was laughing at me and now your on the phone being rude instead of apologizing for her laughing. She said if you don't let me talk I'm hanging up. I said hanging up, after your employee just laughed at me and yes now I'm very upset and your telling me your gonna hang up if I not let you talk. She said have a good day and hung up In my face. Then Nadia replied to my email the charges are not being removed. The welcome letter stated no charges for July and the online special was August free. I also included a screnn shot of the new web special. I've been trying to contact zrs management office, but no one has returned my calls. I need the management to reach out to me.
