Comexion International review: COMEXION INTERNATIONAL took my money and never did crap

Title: Prototype Problems, Missed Project Expectations, and Unresolved Financial Losses
My experience with Comexion International has been extremely disappointing.
I hired Comexion to help develop and manufacture an roller skate boot. This was an important project involving a substantial investment of my personal money.
I paid $2,600 for the prototype work.
Unfortunately, the work delivered did not meet the requirements established for the project.
Some of the problems included:
Stitching that did not follow the supplied physical sample.
Stitching patterns that were incorrectly mirrored.
Failure to properly follow the supplied design instructions.
Failure to properly incorporate the moldable plastic insert that was provided.
Significant delays beyond the original project expectations.
Difficulty obtaining meaningful communication and a satisfactory resolution.
The original agreement indicated a projected timeframe of approximately 4–6 months. The project subsequently extended considerably beyond that expectation.
I supplied physical samples and materials to assist with the development process. These materials represent a substantial investment. I estimate the value of the physical samples and related costs and losses at approximately $2,500.
I have made repeated attempts to resolve these problems directly with the people involved.
I have also attempted to obtain responses through email, telephone, text messages, and website contact channels.
I believe businesses considering Comexion should carefully investigate its manufacturing capabilities, communication practices, project timelines, and ability to follow customer specifications before committing money.
This was not a small experiment for me. It was a serious investment in rebuilding the Oberhamer footwear brand.
I expected professional manufacturing services and accountability.
I am still seeking a satisfactory resolution, including an accounting for the money, materials, and losses associated with this project.
Recommendation: Never do business with these guys its all BS
