Title: Unresolved Business Dispute, Poor Communication, and Outstanding Project Materials

My experience dealing with Trasso Boots has been extremely disappointing.

I entered into business discussions with the intention of developing a quality footwear product under the Oberhamer brand. I invested my own money, time, and resources into this project, expecting professional communication and responsible business practices.

Unfortunately, I have encountered serious problems getting the outstanding issues resolved.

Among my concerns:

Repeated difficulties obtaining responses and meaningful communication.

Attempts to contact the people involved, including Simon and Tobias, without obtaining a satisfactory resolution.

Outstanding physical samples sent for the project.

Financial losses, expenses, and damage to my business.

No satisfactory resolution despite repeated attempts to address these matters.

I have made efforts to resolve this situation directly rather than immediately resorting to public complaints.

I have now sent formal communications requesting that the parties involved resolve their outstanding issues and account for the physical samples and associated losses.

Oberhamer is a legitimate business venture, and I have invested substantial personal resources into getting this project off the ground.

I believe other businesses considering working with Trasso Boots should carefully document all agreements, payments, samples, delivery commitments, and communications.

I am still willing to accept a reasonable resolution.

However, businesses should not have to chase their suppliers and project partners for answers about their own money, materials, and work.
