HTB review: Tires

I bought 4 tires from HTB in Dundalk MD. Had one nail in front tire and three in back. They told me ai must purchase 2 more tires and just bought 4 a month ago well they half put tires on rims and ai could have lost my life on my way home as they were only half on time. I want my cash back as tires still don't feel right.pease advise. I have a Lawyer I spoke to on the side waiting to see verdict as i could have been severely injured if tire came off rim. Please reply on my behalf. Thank you.
