I have purchased one hp aio psc1410 and one hp lj 1022 printers and then as per the instructions received in e-mail from hp, have duly submitted the signed and stamped with two d/d of rs. 250/- ea to ms gurnaaz kaur, hp redemption cell, integrated solutions pvt ltd, Nehru place new Delhi but it has been more than 3 weeks and neither i have received any confirmation nor any correspondence from them...

    My story is the same. I won an emergency mobile charger in HP spin and win contest on july2010. Today is september 18th 2010.

    Inspite of repeated calls and reminders I have not yet received my gift. HP is cheating customers and making a fool out of them...

    They have nothing called customer service after they have sold a product. ZERO accountability. BAD service.

    I have purchased a desktop (model : a6710in, s/n INA84703CJ) from Radhika Associates shop no-17, Birla market Renukoot Sonbhadra UP in March Ist week.
    I have recieved only UPS through Overnite Express courier on dated
    19/08/2009, but not recieved the PRINTER till now. Company promise that offer will receive within five weeks. But one year is past and I have not received the offer, why?
    Please clear what is the status of my PRINTER and in how many days I will receive? Please do the needful action as earliest possible.

    I had bought my hp pavillion laptop and i had sent all the required documents to the redemption cell and i have not received my gift till now. i had sent DD of Rs1500 on 22nd may 2009. btt i'm not received any gift or response from HP REDEMPTION CELL. i called that place many times and they keep on asking me wait 2 weeks-wait 2 weeks we have no stock. what the rubbish is this. plzzz take some strict action and do something soon otherwise plz return my money back..do somthing

    This is another fraud of HP. I bought a HP Laptop on 9th January 2009. As per HP Promotion scheme I am supposed to get one Degital Kodak Camera. I comply with all the conditions and send DD of Rs.1299/- alongwith the necessary documents to HP Redemption Cell on the 12th Janaury 2009. HP Redemption Cell duly acknowledge receipt of the DD and assured me to despatch the gift within one month. But till now, more than half-of the year have passed, nothing is being done. I remind the HP Redemption Cell several times, but they are giving one or other excuses each time I contacted them. Is there any body who could settle my grevience. Please help me, my de tials are below:

I had purchased a hp notebook on dated 23/01/09 and sent a dd of rs.1499 on date 29/01/09 against dd no.248985 of SBI as promised by the HP company to send an assured free gift of home theatre.     i agree with the above complaints
    i bought the laptop and i was promised with the gift of kodak digital camera and i have not yet received my camera after giving rs 1299 as draft. i got the mail from their side that they have dispatched my camera. i don't know how much they want to trouble people out here by setting fake promises.

    i bought 1 no. 27B HP Cartg. Everyday (Black) from your authorised shop "New India Business Machines, 18 B N Road Lal Bagh Lucknow, as per invoice no. NIBM/RETAIL/979 Dtd. 10/9/2008. I have taken only 40 to 45 copy till date this Cartg. are showing problem. we are using this type of cartg. so many times and we have take out 500 to 600 copy of same cartg. previously.I had visited your HP service centre, "INGRAM MICRO INDIA PVT.     I have hp compaq 6270s lapy . dim display problem was created after 10 days of bring. I went to hp service centre. they told me that your lcd screen wiil be change and screen are not available in hp stock from 25 days.

    An HP printer - HP OJ PRO L 7580, serial no. MY824631JX was bought from AXIS Computech & Peripheral, Lajpat nagar, new Delhi, India on 19th April'08.

    "Carepaq" for the above printer was opted for on 24th Sept'08 after paying Rs.3, 350/-.

    Due to some printing fault - Regular complaints are being made for the last almost one month. We were sold the so called "Carepaq" with a promise that the complaint will be looked after faster.

    On the pretext of False promises - HP is loosing its credibility through their so called -After Sales Support associates.

    I will be forced to take a legal action, in case the "Promises made on behalf of HP are not taken care of.

    I am using HP’s Pavillion 5000 notebook from the past two years. Since the battery was not providing a good backup, I decided to replace the old battery.
    I approached one of HP’s authorized service centres at Ernakulam in Kerala. The name and address of the centre are as follows:

    When I bought the laptop, I asked them to provide the warranty card of the newly replaced battery. Since I am working in Calicut, they told me that it would be couriered to me shortly.
    A week has gone and I have received only the retail invoice of the material purchased from their shop. When contacted, they refused to provide me the warranty card of the battery purchased from their centre. Instead, they used contemptuous words against me and asked me not to disturb them for the warranty card.

    Price mentioned : Rs5982/only

    Customer getting a bad service as well as being abused by the company to whom the customer is giving business is a shame on a company like HP.

    If the warranty papers of the battery are not sent to me in a week’s time, then I will not hesitate to move to court against HP and its service centre.A wrist watch bought for a mere Rs700 will have its warranty papers along with it .

    After several complaints and followups, HP redemption cell wrote to me on 28th July mentioning that the gift will be delivered earliest by 16th Aug. But it seems 16th Aug 08 has not come for them.

    we had purchased the printer on [protected], the printer was not working on arrival, as a principle the company needs to replace it in the first place, then your engineer comes and changes the formatter, we agreed to get it changed trusting that the printer won’t have any problem and being a genuine customer. After working for 1 day now printer is giving fuser problem, your engineer has come and says fuser needs to be replaced, please note we are not going to get any part change or replaced, we need a replacement printer. And of you cannot give it please put it in writing.if today printer not replaced you tommorow. i am purchasing new printer panasonic.And not accept hp printer.IT is last warning my site.

    Sir,
    I had bought an HP pavillion DV6226TX about 10 months ago.

    My laptop was heating a lot and the infrared remote control had also stopped working.
    I went to the HP service centre in Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi on 26th March 2008 and got my laptop checked.
    My job id is T803/N200.

    I was worried about the heating problem but still the service person did not agree that the laptop was heating. I asked him to clean up the laptop and assemble it again.
    I was told to come after 3-4 days as spare parts took 3-4 days of shipping.
    The remote was replaced but when I cheked the machine my bluetooth had stopped functioning. I reported the problem to the person there.
    I was told that the motherboard needs to be replaced. I handed over the machine again and since them I am calling the service centre everyday and I get teh same reply that the spare parts have not come yet.

    Its been 14 days since I gave my laptop for repairs. I need to fly to Mumbai on 10th morning. What will I do if dont get the laptop till then.

    I suggest the service centres should stock some frequently required spareparts. Also If a spare part is not available, the machine should be returned to the customer and he should be informed when the part comes. so that he can continue to work on the computer while he waits for the part.
    Also, servicemen should be more trained so that they do not damage parts which were working properly before the machine came to them.

    I would like to know if you have purchased a laptop from your own company and it never worked for more than 20 days at a stretch before going to the repairs. how would you feel?
    Well thats true literally without any exaggeration because in past one year of purchase the laptop has gone for hardware repair 11 times not to mention the DOA which happened the very next day of purchase of this laptop which is mentioned on my sales receipt and I do retain the documentation for filing the complaint in consumer court. and before I get all my sleeves up and get after you with all my resources I though I should let you know so you might wanna refund me my money or at-least show me a little courtesy of replacing it something that works. I am sorry to sound so sarcastic but as you may understand laptop is still a luxury to many indian homes and I think I have been robbed of the 42000 bucks which I spent on this lemon...
    so below is some number stuff you may need just in case you have some intention of doing something about it. because i will not leave this thing and accept it as my fate and i will pursue this to the very end untill i get either a compensation by judiciary or a replacement or refund by you.

    The consumer court is looking into it. We should all support the customer whos taken them to court, i’m doing my bit!

    I have a gas connection in bangalore. I have not booked gas for three months. Last time i had booked gas in the month of october. but some one is issuing gas by using my consumer no in every month. That is a problem for me. Can you tell me how I block that culprit for issuing the gas. Gas conection is Shibasish Nandi. Please help me.

    I TOO HAD THE BITTER EXPERIANCE; Ihad bought HP presario note book .six months after the screen had complaint, which was not set right even after 30 days.

    i've purchased a hp pavilion 2519 tu laptop . i've also sent dd of 500/- for receiving ipod before 4 months.
    but i haven't received the ipod till noe ven though i've got confirmation e-mail from them. pls help me in getting that gift from them
