I ordered a copy of my degree from Howard University. I deployed and expected to have the degree upon my return. However, I was told the request was never received. When I provided proof of delivery via the USPS and the cashed money order, I was simply bounced back and forth among different departments with none resolving the issue. It is now literally a year since the initial order and I still have not received my copy. My last contact was August 4, 2022 with Toni Newman (Student Accounts Manager). I emailed her again on October 5, 2022 and have yet to receive an answer.
