House and Home (online) – Poor service delivery

I have placed my order online on the 27th of November 2023 of Hisense water dispenser fridge 222lt, to date I have not received it and I have been trying to make contact with them via emails and phone calls but there hasn’t been any positive feedback. I am saddened because my mom doesn’t have a fridge during this heatwave😭, why don’t you care?
