HotelPlanner.com review: Horrible customer service - do not book

I called to reschedule the arrival date, and the AI assistant "Justin" that answers call cancelled the entire reservation even though I had said "do not cancel". After multiple phone calls and about 4 hours on the phone I was told there is nothing they can do to fix this and I would have to pay triple of what the original cost was due to price fluctuations. They would not honor the original price that was agreed upon months in advance and just kept giving the same response "we are sorry for your inconvenience". This is for a volleyball tournament and you are required by their stay and play to book through this. I will forward to them these issues as well and because based on all the reviews I am now seeing I feel they will not be using your booking services anymore and will follow to another company. I have talked to their officials which they had said they have received multiple issues regarding the same thing. So very disappointed in your organization.
