I booked a room at Hampton Inn in Columbus Ohio due to my father dying. I called back a few minutes later to move the date 1 day earlier and Joel Enrique told me to rebook a day later and he would patch me over to customer service to cancel the 1st one. i got a message that there was a no cancellation policy. Now I'm being charged for both. iI spent 2 hours on hold missing out visiting with my father who died the next daY.
