My parents and I have purchased several tickets to travel to Italy.
There were two separate incidences that caused us to have to rebook two separate trips, and therefore spend a lot more money than we had initially planned.
This travel agency did not work with us to come to a solution. No refunds, no compensation, no replacement tickets. Just repetitive refusals, and insisting that the airlines are responsible for dealing with the situation. I have attached proof of the supervisor of HOP2 stating this, as well as a response from British Airways stating that the travel agency is to deal with the resolution.
