My mother gave me a gift of a package of four products from the Hoover Vacuum Company about four months ago. The package included cordless vacuum, a flash light, a leaf blower and a hand vacuum with two batteries and charger. The stand alone vacuum broke with normal use. I contacted the company numerous times (through internet chats & emails). They approved the replacements if I sent a photo of a sticker on the vacuum and cut the cord on the charger and sent that photo as well, which I have done three times. Now I have no charger for the other items. All I have asked for is a replacement for the cordless vacuum and charger.

Please contact the Hoover Vacuum Company and explain my complaint. Pictures attached. Thank you very much.
