It is very hard to believe that hwa has no electrical companies they contract with in our area. They want us to hire one, pay another $100.00 deductible and wait four to six weeks to get reimbursed, less the deductible. We are on our second year with this company and this is the first time we have used them. Yes, they sent the plumber to tell us we have no hot water throughout the home. Let's see, if we sell all our christmas gifts under the tree... And the tree, we might be able to pay for this and wait up to six weeks to be reimbursed. But I would suggest to hwa that in an area as large as ours that they link up with electricians... At least one! George w covington jr. Zip code 28557
