Home Health Aide Service Big Heart LLC review: To receive my earned pay and any interest due.

On November 18, 2022, I received a paycheck from Big Hearts. On, Saturday November 19, 2022, I went to the bank and deposited via the ATM Machine. I received my receipt stating the monies would not be available until 11/29/2022 at the bottom of the receipt, it read "A hold was placed on your check because paying Bank information indicates item may be returned."

I contacted Big Hearts owner and informed her of this issue, and she informed me I need to go to the bank and retrieve the check and she would pay me cash. I informed her I deposited via the ATM Machine and did not know if I could get it back and because it was on a Saturday the bank would be closing soon. I did let her know that I would go to the bank the following Monday and talk with them about the check.

That Monday I went to the bank, and they informed me they have attempted to process the check again against the issuing bank and it had not been processed. I called Big Hearts and informed them and was told she was in Nashville and would try to get to the bank but was not sure if it would be on that day.

The next day around 1 pm I texted the owner and was told she would try to get me my money later that evening. I went out after 6pm that night and met with the owner and received my pay. The next morning I received a call from the owner stating I had to give her the money back because her bank was telling her the check cleared. I sent her a screen shot of the notice that I had received from my bank stating the check had not cleared.

Approximately a week later I took the client to her monthly doctor's appointment and had forgot to clock in on the companies home base system. I called the supervisor and informed her I was at the doctor's office with the client and had forgotten to clock in and would she clock me in. She stated she would I clock out that day by the proper procedure.

The next morning, I received a call from the Supervisor stating to send her a picture of my time sheet which I did and was informed it was not correct and to correct it and send it back, which I did. I was told I was not allowed to take the client to her doctor's appointments and should be fired. Later that day November 30, 2022, around 230pm I received a text message from the owner letting me know not to report to the client the next morning.

That Friday, December 2, 2022, was a payday for the prior two weeks. When I reached out to the Supervisor about my paycheck, she informed me it had been mailed.

As of date I have not received my last paycheck and was informed via email she had up to 21 days after the pay date to pay me.

Desired outcome: For the owner of the company to receive anger management training and a formal written apologize from both Supervisor and Owner of Big Hearts, LLC
