I have an extended warranty from Home Depot/Asurion. My dishwasher has not worked since September 2024. The technician has been to my home 4 times. I have had an electrician check the outlet. The dishwasher does not work. I have documented 10 different days I called Asurion since September; each call is an extended repeat of the previous calls. I am always assured that my case is going to review and that I will be contacted within 24-48 hours. This does not happen. Today I was told that I need to open a new claim. The worst experience dealing with any company in my life.
