Hollyburn Properties review: Bed bug & cockroach problem

There are bed bugs and cockroaches in this building (Stratton Oaks) and the property manager does not think there is a problem. Something not right here?!? Why are they hiding the fact there is a problem?

The should hired a third-party pest control company to resolve this issue immediately, and advise residence in this building about the progress and what to expect.
