Holeshotz Performance review: no merchandise, no refund

My 15 year old daughter saved her money for a year. She ordered a X19 HR super bike from Jay at HoleshotzPerformance. She sent him $649. on April 5, 2009. He has still not sent the bike and he refuses to refund the money. He won't return my calls, or answer his phone. He did call me once claiming again that the bike was on the way. I found a comment from him on his other web site (minimoto) stating that he knew the bikes were not going to be available when he took her money. I have spoken with The Attorney Generals office in Plantsville, Pa. They ask me to send them a detailed letter regarding this. I know there are other people Jay has done this to. Please be careful not to be his next victim.
