HMSHost - metro pizza cashier

I ordered my pizza with upali the cashier. I ask if the pizza just came out of the oven because I wanted fresh one. He said yes it has just came out. I feel that he was lying. The other guy by the oven just took out a new fresh pizza and I ask if I can have the fresh one he said no because he already punch it in. He was so rude about and so quick that he wanted me just to go away. There was no line at all. I felt rush and not valued by Upali. He shouldn't be working in the restaurant business if he is unable to assist and make the paying guest happy with what they ordered. Upali is bad for the business. I'm very upset and but hungry so I just ate the pizza that was not fresh of the oven.
