on the 04/09/2023 I handed over a nutri bullet for repairs. the blade stopped spinning. The Lady that attended to me was UB, she did call after few days to advise me that the machine will be sent for assessment and she will report back.
An entire week went by she didn't call with feedback so I called, only to be told she is not at work, but will get her to call once she returns. The Second week I called again for feedback, Ub replied she will get a quote for the repairs and get back to me. This really got me frustrated as she sitting with this machine or almost 2 weeks and she did not get a quote as yet, I told her this was just no on, she then advised that its not her job and she was assisting a certain somebody, that was not my problem as she was the person that assisted me when I came in. nn the 20/09/2023 another lady calls to advise me that the machine is at the store I must fetch it, I asked her what was the issue, is it repaired?, she have no idea,
They are absolutely aloof. I am a regular customer at Hirsch's,
the service delivery from the repair department is pathetic. these ladies need urgent training on customer service
