Ordered a dope Japanese winter hat from Hikishop back in December and it still hasn't arrived yet! I've been waiting for what feels like forever and I'm starting to get a little impatient. I've tried reaching out to their customer service team a few times now, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's super frustrating not knowing where my package is or when it's going to arrive. I just want my hat, man! Hopefully they'll get back to me soon with some answers.

So, I wanted to share my experience with Hikishop. I was looking for some clothing items for a WW2 reenactment that I was planning to attend in April. I came across Hikishop and decided to give them a try. I ordered 4 items from their website and eagerly waited for them to arrive.

However, as time passed, I started to get worried. It was already September and I still hadn't received my order. I tried contacting their customer support team multiple times, but to my disappointment, they never responded. I sent them 3 emails, but all of them went unanswered.

To make matters worse, they had already charged me $275 (US) for my order. I felt cheated and frustrated. It was a lot of money for me, and I couldn't believe that they had just taken it without delivering my order or even responding to my emails.

Overall, my experience with Hikishop has been terrible. They have stolen my money and refused to respond to my queries. I would not recommend anyone to use their services. It's a shame that such companies exist, and I hope that others don't fall victim to their scams.

So, I made a big order from Hikishop back in March 2020. When it finally arrived, I was pretty happy with everything I got. The quality was top-notch and I was feeling pretty good about my purchase. However, there was one thing missing from my order - a pair of trousers that were valued at $50. I waited and waited, but by October, they still hadn't arrived. I was starting to get pretty frustrated at this point.

I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but I never got a response. I sent so many emails, but it was like they were just disappearing into the void. I was really disappointed because I had thought that Hikishop was going to be my go-to place for all my replica needs. But now, I just can't trust them anymore. If they can't even get a simple order right and respond to customer inquiries, then what else might they mess up?

It's a shame because I really did like the items that I did receive. But unfortunately, the missing trousers and lack of customer service have left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be purchasing anything else from Hikishop in the future.

So, I recently ordered from Hikishop and I gotta say, I'm a bit skeptical about this whole thing. After reading some other reviews, it seems like this website might just be a scam to take our money and run. I mean, they charge our accounts and then either don't deliver the items or run out the PayPal time so we can't get our money back. It's pretty shady if you ask me.

But, to be fair, I did receive one email from them about some order problems due to covid and lockdowns. However, that's about all the communication I've gotten from them. I haven't received any order status updates or tracking numbers, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence that they're actually doing anything besides charging my credit card and hitting me with foreign transaction fees.

Honestly, I'm not feeling too confident that I'll ever actually receive the items I ordered. It's a shame, because I was really excited about them. But at this point, I'm just hoping for the best and preparing for the worst.

I had the chance to try out Hikishop's made to order service and also bought some non made to order items from them back in October of 2019. It was a bit of a wait for my non made to order goods, but I finally received them almost a year later due to the Covid situation. However, I'm still waiting for my made to order merchandise and it's been quite a while now. I've sent them a few messages over time, but the last time I heard from them was way back on 3/4/2020 when they admitted to the order. I haven't received any reply since then, which is quite disappointing.

So, I would advise you to be careful and think twice before ordering from Hikishop. It's not worth the trouble and hassle. Instead, I would recommend you to check out Schuster Militaria. They are a much more reliable and reputable vendor with excellent customer service and high-quality products. Trust me, you won't regret it!
