I purchased a used 2017 BMW X3 from this dealership 0m 4/18/26 and had a terrible experience. After negotiating a price and leaving a deposit, I drove hours to pick up the car, only to find it wasn’t even at the lot. When it finally arrived, I noticed a large chip in the windshield, a marred gear shifter, and a media screen that’s unreadable in sunlight—none of which were disclosed by the salesman, despite my request for transparency on any damage.
To make matters worse, the deal was supposed to include new tires, but the worn-out ones were still on the car when I arrived. The sales manager, Hash Subhan, refused to honor the original agreement, offering to split the cost of tires, but his pricing changed after reviewing our messages. The tires were quoted at $1,100, then magically increased to $1,500.
Finally, just days after purchasing, the car lost power, and the check engine light came on. It’s incredibly frustrating that a dealership that specializes in exotic cars would treat customers this way, especially with a 9-year-old vehicle with 97k miles. I should have walked away—avoid this dealership at all costs.
Claimed loss: $750 from negotiated price. Fix the issues with the check engine light.
Desired outcome: Make this deal right
