Hi-Fi Corp review: Sinotec 50-inch (127cm) uhd tv

Hi my name is Sandile and I want to complain about the bad service I received Hi-Fi Corp Cournubia Store 1245.I brought are TV last year early and the warranty was 5 years so are few weeks back the TV started giving me problems so I decided to take it back.i got there and the 1st guy I talked to was Sipho and he told me that the only they could do was to take the TV for 14 days of which I did not agree with cause it's the only TV we own at home.I than asked to talk to the Manger and are Melanie Bisoon came to me and without even saying hi she told me they was nothing she could do and she was very busy and left me with are gal who had no name bag on this gal than told me to do as I plz when I asked for her name she said she was Phumi.I am stil home with are broken TV coz I refused to leave it behind bear in mind I had to drive there.
