Hertz Corp. and Thrifty Rental Car review: Rental car

I book a reservation with Thrifty Rental Car in San Diego AP on 8/13/2022. When I came to pick up the car, I was told that I cannot rent a car because I was on the Do Not Rent List. I was given a number to call. I found out that the number was for Hertz rental suspensions. I do not recall receiving any mail or other forms of communication regarding this matter. I know for a fact that whenever I rent a car, the rental charges were always debited to my credit card and I always get the receipt. I never leave the rental facility without paying for the car rental.
