Purchased a pro rated refundable GAP insurance with a Car purchase on 09/07/2020 for $1199. Sold the car on 6/29/22 and now not needed the GAP. Had everything cleared with bank etc. Initial call to Hendrick Kia to cancel the GAP on 08/22/22, front desk staff are not sounding accommodating but still connects me to various different Finance staff. Been leaving a message and asked for a return call. Last conversation I had with the front desk lady, she was very rude and almost mocking me, but took my information and said she will have somebody call me. Still nothing. It’s my money and I need my refund and will go thru legal channels to get my money.
