I tried on Thursday night to schedule a session, they said response in 24 hours. NEVER had a problem previously. then Friday night, I attempted to schedule again, then called said business. The girl who answered kept saying she was new, I said OK, and she tried numerous times to change my time, even changing the day requested. Again I have never had a problem before. I just said I would call a different day. This morning I tried a different venue on yelp, and it says I am blocked? Why is this, because I called a business, she obviously was out of her league, I tried to understand, and then frustrated, I said I would try a different date. Then I get blocked. It is a SAD way to do business, even thought they always did an outstanding job. My email is [protected]@verizon.net. Please let me know the outcome, for I can go elsewhere.
