Heaven Furniture review: Couch

I purchased a couch on the 03/07/21 and received the order last week Saturday only a couch was received no pillows, I contacted the shop on 19/07/21 and I was told they will courier them on the 21/07/21 I made a follow up with the shop on the 22/07/21 I was told it was a mistake and they will deliver for me today (24/07/21) so this people they don't have customer service and they fail to even communicate, I am the 1 that has to always make a follow up with them with my on money, I have decided that I want my money no more stories as they have completely destroyed the trust, I don't want anything any more from them I want my money, they have wasted my time I have been off work on the days they promised to deliver I want my refund they come n pick up their couch tnx, I have attached a picture of what I received and what I saw on the advert I am not happy at all
