I would like to bring attention to Heatleys Safety and Industrial, a business owned by stealth group ASX: SGI. I was employed by their Bassendean branch Jan 2021 - Nov 2021. They ripped me off out of my 45 minute lunchbreak - every shift. 5 times per week. All of us were expected to work through. They did this to me and 2 other employees, as a means of saving the company money. By doing this, they paid me an illegal full time rate. It was approximately $19 AUD per hour. In addition to these awful conditions employees of this company experience frequent abuse from both customers and management. I have proof.
I find it funny how the company uses a finger print scanner to ensure Employees are submitting fraudulent time sheets, yet they are the ones doing it to us.
How embarrassing for a company that is publically listed on the ASX.
Desired outcome: Full apology and for fair work to audit the company.
Recently resigned from this company and I would never go back, their senior staff members group against you when you perform well to bring you down so that they don't have to push their sorry arses, all the good staff has either left or leaving and such a shame for ASX listed company that uses really mean tactics to cut every dollar from employee's pay so that they can make more profit. Their Bassendean branch shut down because people finally walked away from job and they couldn't hire anyone to replace nice people who gave so many years of their lives for this toxic environment, Canningvale and South West are facing huge Employee turn over, not too far when they will have to either change tactics, fire their old staff who is causing the issue in first place or or close their offices
