Hawx Pest Control Tallahassee review: I want a refund for services not rendered and an official apology for the obvious lack of responsibility

I had a salesman sign me up for pest control services, I was given a fast sell at the door about discounted service and how they would provide "outstanding service". What has transpired is basically a money making scam in my opinion. I was charged for service I haven't received and lied to by their customer service representative when I called to complain about being charged for a monthly service that I had declined. The service representative claimed the charge was for the initial service I received in June. The fact is I was charged for the initial service when they provided it. I was charged again in July for the service, and I was charged for service in August that I had declined. When I called customer service to complain and ask for a refund I was transferred to an "account manager" that who obviously had no intention of refunding my money and instead said that since I had signed a 12 month agreement they would charge me monthly whether I had the service or not, and if I cancelled they would charge me the initial "discounted service". I cancelled and was immediately charged an additional $413.99 for canceling.
