I used hawks services. When I called to cancel in August they denied they received my call. They have continued to bill me for services I have never received. They stated that since I have an outstanding bill they will not remove charges! I have paid for all the services I have received
I have tried to speak with the company several times with no avail. They are still charging me for services I did not receive.
I would like to know how to handle this situation
