Hauseit LLC review: Everything

These guys are liars and scam artists. They reel you in with a nice low price pretending to roll the red carpet out then try and upsell you into thinking you have no choice but to take what they offer. I was pressured to eventually list with their full service real estate brokerage Mont Sky Real Estate. They are the same owners and that is their dishonest model. They reel you in with their low fee for sale by owner facade before they start their tirade of upselling to ultimately get you to list with their full service brokerage. Stay away! The guy Chris Zhou (owner) is a fly by night trickster who won't think twice to take advantage of your vulnerabilities and weaknesses to exploit for his gain.
