Harry Gorman review: driveway sealing

On 2:15/18 a young man approached me outside my home in Kerrville, d dad addTexas, asking if I wanted my driveway sealed. I told him I would like a written estimate but that I would NOT have the work done now due to travel plans. He measured and gave me a verbal estimate and said his dad would stop by the next morning with a written estimate. The next morning I took one of my cars to get gas and some breakfast. As I finished my breakfast I got a call from the father saying, "Your driveway is all done. When will you be back to pay me" I told him I did not authorize the work and would not pay him. He showed me a handwritten bill for $700. It was a blank bill form with no company name or address. I asked for a card and he didn't have one. He asked for a check and I told him I would see him in court. When I returned from my trip on March 9 a bill and a card were stuck in my fence — still no address but a San Antonio phone number 210-261-0793. He also claimed it was high quality oil-based sealer but it dried in an hour — clearly a cheap water-based product.
