Hankook Tire review: Tire kinergy gt

I bought a new Honda CRV from the dealership in 2024, I drove 20,900 miles, I did the revisions and the Hankook Kynergy GT tire rotation at the dealership as they advise, however yesterday in April 2025, the car was making noise and I didn't imagine it would be the tire, but when I took it for revision the employee told me that the tire was worn only on the inside, however, checking the alignment was normal, I know the brand and I know it is good, I couldn't believe it when I saw the new tire on the outside and on the inside worn and deformed.
