After I placed 10lbs. of seed on properly prepared and fertilized turf in conjunction with a test pan, watered every day other than rain days for a month. They then have the audacity to imply it's my fault, that's absurd when not one seed germinated. Then to offer a 20% discount on more of the same, that's the earmark of extremely poor customer satisfaction. No doubt they'll soon discover there's a problem with that lot number although I'm certain they could care less. There's always social media for firms of this nature.
