Halo German Shepherd review: abuse of animals

2018 I went to get a puppy but choose to get a white. I just happen to get there before she did so I snapped photos. She stated at that time she had about 80 GSD'S. I got the pup & rushed home to call AKC humane society.2 no avail. Finally I got to the Georgia Department of Agricultural.Which actually investigated her. Charged her with lack of shelter & water. Made her bring in dirt as they where standing in water. AKC told me they could not release records of a private investigations. HUGH WASTE OF TIME.Humane keep telling me to contact local shelter as which they did not have one. Every entities
here to prevent this failed to do so. I wish that I could have done a better job & really followed up maybe the outcome would have been better. After she was fined & had to do improvements is when she changed the kennel name to Dixieland GSD.. very very sad that so many humans let this get so far out of hand..
