Hallmark Card Studio review: I require a download reset, several emails sent to them, without any replies

I purchased a Hallmark Card Studio 2022 on the 30th of March 2022.

Due to my computer 'crashing', I was unable to download the software, I contacted Hallmark Cards several times, at least 10 emails were sent to various hallmark email addresses, support, customer service, custsvc, and an email to the CEO Mr. Hall, I have not received a reply!

All I require is a reset download.

In the past, I have purchased several download Hallmark Card Studio software without any problem, on this occasion, the service from Hallmark is appalling, to say the least.

Desired outcome: A reset download, or a DVD with the card studio 2022 software.

I purchased a Hallmark Card Studio 2022, and l cannot download the software. I have send many emails to various Hallmark email addresses, including an email to the CEO Mr Hall, l have not received any replies at all.
