WARNING! Last year I and a (former) business partner purchased from Ken and Egypt Lawson, owners of hairlineillusions.com one Brother, 3-head hair wefting system and table. We also were promised by Egypt that they would provide help in getting the machine working as neither of us had prior experience in machine wefting. We had the machines and table shipped all the way to South America where our business was located, only to discover that we had been sent not authentic Brother machines, but the cheapest Chinese machines available which go under the name ZOJEN, on which was sloppily painted the words "BROTHER", and they even included Brother user manuals for these Zojen machines. At first we were fooled by their attempts to disguise the machines as Brothers, but we had so many problems getting the machines working that we finally had to get local technicians out to help us who told us right away that we had been ripped off. When we contacted Egypt and Ken, at first they denied that these were really just Chinese machines disguised as Japanese Brothers, but eventually just said... "hey these are good enough for you". The nerve of these Manhattan low life's was amazing, they even refused to help us get the crap they sold us running... their "technical support" consisted of them referring us to a stupid youtube video which was not instructional in the least. These low life fraudsters KNEW that we were making the purchase from South America, and knowingly chose to unload these low class machines on us because they were aware that we would have no legal recourse with neither of us currently living in the USA. If anyone is thinking of doing business with these ### I highly recommend you watch yourselves closely as if you give Ken and Egypt any chance they will shamelessly rip you off for whatever they think they can get away with. They are an UNSCRUPULOUS AND OPPORTUNISTIC, LOW LIFE COMPANY! If you want to know more contact me at [protected]@hotmail.com

The machines were of such bad quality, that we had to abandon these machines completely! They never could be made to work which is why these pigs sold them to us in the first place! This incident resulted in such tensions between me and my business partner that it resulted in the dissolving of our partnership and the end of a friendship. These low life fraudsters realized that we were making the purchase from South America, and knowingly chose to that that opportunity to unload these low end junk machines on us because they were aware that we would have no legal recourse with neither of us currently living in the USA. Response to Egypt
You sold us fake Brother machines that dont even match the invoice and your hiding behind "good faith" as your excuse, , your dirty company is going down and so are you Egypt. Turns out i am not the only one who has had this issue with your illusionist company.
You disagree they are not brother machines? this is not a a religious debate, they are FAKE final, brother isnt even spelt properly on the machine and there is "Zoje" below the "BROTHER" spray paint on the side. You teach machine wefting classes and you think you can fool me into thinking you didn't know this wasn't a brother machine, and the machines still dont work by the way. You will pay for your scam you thought you could pull off, We lost $7000 and those zoje machines are only $2000 shipping included.
You will regret this Egypt you messed with the wrong people.

This is a response to Latina-look.com Ashley Britton and Mark Sheldon. defamatory false remarks.

First off let me start by saying Hairline Illusions is not a wefting machine manufacturer. We purchased this machine set from China and it came with all Brother brand supporting manuals and it worked perfectly.

We informed Ashley Britton and Mark Sheldon of Latina-look.com that it was a used Brother wefting machine that we were selling. We in no way altered or painted the name on the machine in any manner. We sent them photos of all parts and specs. prior to sale. We called Brother ourselves and was informed that these type of professional wefting machines sets can only be purchased overseas and were not sold in the United States. We purchased and resold the machine in good faith. We sent you all the documents we received when we purchased the machine and even gave Ashley Britton and Mark Sheldon of Latina-look.com sellers information where machine was purchased from.

You asked us to teach you how to use the machines. But that was not our responsibility, we learned how to use the machine from the dvd that came with the machine and from youtube videos that we gladly shared with you. A wefting class was not part of the purchase agreement.

Until this day you are not claiming the machines don't work properly you are claiming they are not Brother machines. We disagree, we ordered a Brother machine when we purchased it from China and it came with Brother literature and in Brother packaging and all the proper documents. The machine was in perfect working condition so we had no reason to believe the machine was not a genuine Brother wefting machine.

The fact that you do not know how to use the machine and chose to try and extort lessons from Hairline Illusions as well as a partial cash refund from us while keeping the machines is what is appalling. Because we chose not to give in to your demands you have chosen to post defamatory and untrue remarks about us online.

Also as per your email, you claimed that we (Hairline Illusions) were clearly taken advantage of by the company we purchased the machines from. So you know we weren't trying to scam you or take advantage of you. We sold you a working machine at a fair price and have been totally upfront with you about the whole process. So clearly the comments you have posted here are defamatory and untrue!
