I have placed an order for a toy. the seller sent the wrong. I requested for return of item and Daraz issued barcode for the return. while I was waiting for rider to pick up the item, and then suddenly Daraz cancelled my request without any valid reason. the reasons mentioned in cancellation note were not applicable to me as I have full filled all requirements needed. I have tried to contact for help and live chat but no response but computer computer generated messages, which were of no help.
I request you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue. I am a regular customer of Daraz and i cant expect the poor customer service. I am residing in USA, otherwise I would personally persue the matter.
