Amazing service. Got an appointment quickly. Was kept in the loop from the get go. The technician arrived when he said he was within half an hour and the job was completed quickly. He even closed all gates as he left. Have no complaints and the job looks good.

Technician Nizam from Calgary was great. He considered a few options and chose the best one for my house. He was courteous and pleasant. I did have to wait for the work to be done due to Covid but am totally satisfied with the outcome. Recommend this company anytime.

Reasonable quote. Excellent workmanship. The guys cleaned up well after the job too. They had their work cut out for them as the roof was in really poor condition and it was 40 + degrees every day they worked. Weve used Gutter Doctor in the past and wont hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Gutter Doctor did excellent work for us. They did provide a reasonable quote in a timely manner. It took them a few weeks to start the work due to a delay in material delivery. We have invited two more contractors to bid the job, they did come to look at the scope but did not bother to provide a cost. I strongly recommend Gutter Doctor for all gutter works.

Gutter Doctor technician, [Technician's Name] quoted me a price of $700.00 to remove the leaf guards, clean the gutters, and re-install the guards. Yesterday, The Gutter Patrol, did the work for $300.00, plus GST. I think the Gutter Doctor technician was trying to take advantage of a senior woman. They advertise in my community newsletter that they have an A+ rating with ComplaintsBoard.com. Beware!

Great service. I called early Monday morning to get a quote to clean my gutters. Gutter Doctor returned my call a few hours later and advised a tech would call me to arrange a quote before end of the week. The tech called later that day and came by at the end of his day. Prepared my quote and said he could schedule me for the next week. Arrived on schedule and completed the job quickly and professionally. Overall Im very happy with Gutter Doctor and will use them again.

I was very impressed by the service provided to me by Gutter Doctor from the time it took for the technician (Kef) to come over and provide the quote. I was given approximate time lines to complete the job and it was done in a very professional way. Kef did a super job and the lady in the office was very polite as well! My job was for Cladding. Thomas did the remaining cladding on my house and was able to match the existing windows that had been previously done. He even repaired some of the screw-holes from when the roofers did my soffits. It did take a while from initial contact to finally getting the job done just before the snow fell, but that was because they were extremely busy. I am very happy with the job and would recommend them anytime. They did a gutter repair job on my daughter's house and she was happy with the job they did also.

Initially, it was sometime before the rep got back to us. When the sales person came to the house to finally give a quote for gutter cleaning and repairs to existing troughs, it was evident they knew their business. We had our troughs replaced only seven years previous but it was not a good job as there were leaks at joints causing icy walkways in the winter. They worked on the weekend to get our repairs done and screens put on the replaced troughs as well as cleaning. We were informed there was a 5-year warranty on the replacements. We would not hesitate to recommend Gutter Doctor in the future.

The experience I had with Gutter Doctor was extremely disappointing. The work order provided was outrageously overpriced and failed to include the necessary work that was promised. The two individuals who arrived to complete the job were clearly lacking in experience. Despite the work order specifying the installation of gutters with flashing, no flashing was actually applied. They simply removed some old flashing and proceeded to install the gutters without replacing it. As a result, water is now pouring down between the gutters and the exterior and interior walls. To make matters worse, this subpar service cost me a whopping $4000. Needless to say, I was thoroughly unimpressed. It appeared to me that their sole focus was on extracting as much money as possible from me. Now, I am left with no choice but to hire another professional to rectify the mistakes they made. This was my unfortunate experience with Gutter Doctor.

I opted for this company because of the ComplaintsBoard.com rating of A+. Sent them a message through their e-mail requesting an estimate for replacing an eavestrough and also to inform me of their cost for gutter cleaning. Received a call from a "Brian" at 1:38 p.m. on Sunday May 3rd asking if he could come by and see what I wanted and to do the gutter cleaning. I informed him that I had NOT wanted any gutter cleaning, just the cost of doing so and I also wanted an estimate for the eavestrough work. He asked if he could come by that afternoon. I replied that this was Sunday and I was going out and that this was not a good time and wondering why I had not been contacted before to set up an appointment. I suggested he call me the following week (May 4th to 8th) to set up an appointment . He replied that that was o.k. he didn't like to work in the rain anyway. I waited all week (May 4th to May 11th (Sunday) for his call which never came. No apology, no update, nothing, zero, zilch. Totally ignored me as a possible client. O.K., that's fine, it's the Gutter Doctor's business, not mine. I would think that in this time of the virus pandemic ANY business would be happy to perform ANY work in order to continue their existence. Perhaps what I wanted just wasn't big and profitable enough. I have now arranged my business with another company. If this is the kind of A+ rating the ComplaintsBoard.com gives to such ignorance then I wonder why I should even consider any future search through them for reliable, dependable and interested companies. At this point I give the ComplaintsBoard.com itself a B+ rating.

Got multiple quotes from different suppliers and Gutter Doctor was competitive. Re shingles and associated trim, underlay, removal of old materials etc. One item that they clearly stated was an extra cost per square foot for any damaged base roof materials re plywood sheeting. Knew their was some damage and would be some extras for replacement. My fault but what they don't tell you is if there is damage they replace the entire 4 X 8 sheet of plywood. With an older roof much of the lower edge nearest the eaves had damage and needed replacement. So on a 1200 square foot duplex got approx 120 linear feet of roof line. So my math was worst case another 400 to 800 dollars for sheeting repairs. My mistake was 8 feet of plywood shearing is 32 feet of extra cost based on a 4 x 8 sheet. They did good work, on time cleaned up well, the sticker shock was the extra sheeting costs which added another 50% to the original estimate. Tried to negotiate it down stating that only lower edge was rotten and would be prepared to pay for say 2 x 8 foot sections. Response was that roofing code required complete sheet was required to be replaced. Could not find that stipulation in the code myself. They did what they promised and did a good job my complaint would be not full disclosure on the replacement costs of damaged sheeting. Had they put in small print that stated any damage found would required the complete 4 x 8 sheet to be replaced my extra cost math may have been more accurate. Would have also expected the roofing expert they sent for the estimate to provide an estimate of needed sheeting replacement based on what they had seen. The answer of course would be physical damage could not be determined until the old shingles were removed. No problem recommending them for the quality of work they did just beware of what looks like a small number for cost per square foot for sheeting repairs. It gets big very quick. Do the math ahead of time or assume your entire outer edge will need replacement. My mistake was 120 feet x the cost per foot. Instead it ended up being 480 x cost per foot.

They came to my residence in July and gave me a fair estimate, I was happy with the quote. It took them a while to come and start the job. Once the installer came, he got on the roof and told me that I would have water build up on my roof. So he said they would charge an additional fee to lower the eave and I would not have water build up, so I took his word and we got that done. So a week later, I noticed water build up and I called them back. The same individual came and they made an adjustment but it was very low. The front of my house was not looking great, it was uneven. I paid all this money and my neighbors were like "Why is it uneven, no houses on our street or area look like that" the installer told me that "our foundation is sinking" and then told me that they would adjust it back to the original position but my warranty will be taken away immediately. Why was the foundation not mentioned upon the estimate or prior to the work being done?
