This place makes it so you cannot get a second opinion after you drop your car off for a estimate they make you file your claim first get payment of deductible before the car was even on their lot and cashed a check most body shop ask for payment once car is finished but they claimed it was to order the parts that they never did order until last minute after playing cat and mouse with numbers from my insurance then it took over a month to even touch my car I found that this place was overpriced and the quality bad however there customer service in front office is a very professional sandy is the best.
The person that was handling my case would not return calls and was very rude and not professional kind of demanding and felt pressured by his attitude calvin who was in charge of my car. He would call me to do the dirty work told me I had to get a hold of the appraiser my car sat for a month before ordering parts and blamed my insurance when they were overpriced and were upset they could not get the amount they were asking which was 11 grand my insurance paid 7 grand and they put my car last on the list when asked if I could take it and get another place cheaper they had already cashed the first payment which made it impossible and my car was held hostage my kia sat there in limbo for because they would not budge on there over estimated prive to fix my car while they went back and forth on numbers calvin would call me to put pressure on my insurance to get more money in limbo waiting renting a car that cost me 2 grand for the 2 months I had my car there it was put on the back burner last priority since they could not get the amount they wanted calvin continued to call and tell me that it was my job to get a hold of insurance to get the supplemental check approved and when two months pass by and I am about to pick up my car calvin then tells me well the car will be done but the insurance still owes them so they will not release the car unless I put out the grand they are waiting for is this not what accounts payable do? I paid my deductible and they cashed the first check so I could not take it somewhere cheaper they still have my car held hostage I feel this is a shady way to keep a car there and gives customer no options without cost unprofessional and they fixed my car once before and did [censored]ty repair job
