On 8 Dec. 2022, I transferred money amounting 800/- dirhams to the beneficiary name Gulf Planet Travel. It was a successful transfer from my bank (Qatar National Bank) unfortunately, the beneficiary didn’t received it until now.
I am disappointed because the service you provided was not satisfactory because it’s more than 4 months already.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible of receiving this. I would like this problem to be resolved between us.
