Gulf Gate Tourism review: Tourism package

I purchased a tourism package from this company on 19th April 2019, at a charge of 5000 QR including a complimentary package. Due to Corona pandemic I have not been able to use it and on attempting to use it now, I found that none of their contact phone numbers or their website exists. It looks like I have become a victim of a fraudulent activity by whoever made this up in the name of Gulf Gate Tourism. I note that this was a registered company in Qatar and would like to raise this as an official complaint against this company and arrange for reimbursement. I have all records needed, including the purchase bill, package contract and complimentary package.
